These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of https://caitlinkidd.com (the “Site”), run by Caitlin Kidd (“I”, “me”, “my”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who I am
The Site is a personal editorial blog operated by Caitlin Kidd from Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

2. Who the Site is for
The Site is for adults aged 18 or over. It discusses sex, dating, apps, and relationships in plain language.
If you are under 18, leave. Do not use the contact form. Do not email me.
3. What the writing is
The posts are opinion, observation, and personal point of view. They are not:
- medical advice
- therapy
- legal advice
- a promise that any suggestion will work for you
If a post says to try something, that is a suggestion on a page. Your choices stay yours.
4. How you may use the Site
You may:
- read the posts
- share a link to a page
- quote a short line, with credit and a link back to the original post
You may not:
- copy posts wholesale onto another site, newsletter, social account, or product
- scrape, republish, or spin the writing as your own
- use the content to train a model or build a competing feed of my sentences without permission
- frame the Site, strip branding, or present the writing as if it came from you
- use the Site to send spam, abuse, threats, or illegal material
- try to break, overload, or interfere with the Site

5. I can change or remove pages
I can edit, unpublish, or delete any page or post at any time. I do not have to keep an archive for you. I can also refuse or ignore contact that breaks these Terms or the rules on the Contact page.
6. What you send me
If you use the contact form or email, you are responsible for what you send. Do not send:
- other people’s private information
- sexual content involving anyone under 18
- material you do not have the right to send
I may keep, delete, or refuse messages as needed to run the Site and deal with legal or security issues. How I handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, I own the text, layout, and other original material on the Site. Reading a post does not give you ownership of it.
The Site name, domain, and branding stay mine.
8. Links
The Site may link to other websites. I am not responsible for their content, policies, or what happens if you follow the link.
9. No guarantees
The Site is provided as it is. I do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. I do not promise that any post is complete, current, or right for your situation.
10. Liability
I write a blog. I am not liable for decisions you make after reading it, including dating, sexual, or relationship decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that UK law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms when the Site changes. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If you keep using the Site after that, you are accepting the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where UK law gives you a right to use courts in another part of the United Kingdom.
